Okay, folks, it really does seem as if Marvel Studios is giving fans a Netflix reunion over in “Daredevil: Born Again.” Not only are we getting Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, but apparently, we’re also going to see the return of none other than Jon Bernthal as the Punisher. Prior to “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” writer Jeff Loveness worked in the realm of TV for a while and had never written the script for a feature film. Then, he was picked by Marvel Studios to not only write the third ‘Ant-Man’ film but to also write the next ‘Avengers’ film.

We all know the story of the Untitled third Deadpool movie, aka “Deadpool 3,” rumored to be called “Deadpool vs. Wolverine” (or ‘Logan’), but officially untitled at the moment.

Regardless of your thoughts on Marvel Studios’ latest film, “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” there’s no one who can deny that the film is VFX-heavy. From the moment the main characters venture into the Quantum Realm (about 15 minutes into the film), there isn’t a moment on screen that doesn’t include some sort of VFX work.

The actor is currently promoting his film, “We Have A Ghost,” which follows a family that discovers a ghost named Ernest (David Harbour) in their new home, which leads them to become internet sensations while also helping the ghost find peace.

Fresh off his role in Jordan Peele’s “Nope” last year and his Oscar nomination for “Minari” the year before, Steven Yeun—who has seemed poised for a breakout role for a long time now—is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Yeun will appear in “Thunderbolts,” a Marvel team-up movie with villains and anti-heroes due in August 2024.

For all intents and purposes, even though the films made a ton of money, many fans believe that Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe was a disappointment. Well, those films and TV series are behind us, and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” is here to usher in Phase 5 and fully introduce the MCU’s future big bad, Kang the Conquerer.

2022 was sort of a mixed bag for the MCU. On the one hand, “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” and “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” were two of the year’s biggest box office hits.

With Charlie Cox delighting fans with his reintroduction as Daredevil in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, folks are dying to see what happens in the forthcoming series, “Daredevil: Born Again.” And while everyone is hyped about ‘Born Again’ and how it might integrate the character further into the MCU, fans are wondering if more of Cox’s Netflix/Marvel brethren will be joining the cause.

Yesterday would have been Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee‘s 100th birthday. And to celebrate the centennial, Disney+ announced that they have an original documentary on Lee in the works, set for release sometime in 2023.

With filming set to begin soon on “Daredevil: Born Again,” fans of the Netflix/Marvel ‘Defenders’ universe are rejoicing. The best character from those failed series is getting new life in the MCU, and already, in his brief appearances in “Spider-Man: No Way Home” and “She-Hulk,” Charlie Cox is killing it and taking full advantage of his new lease on life.

“Daredevil: Born Again” arrives next year as the final MCU show slated for Phase 5, with a Spring 2024 release on Disney+. Will fans be able to wait that long for the revival of Marvel‘s earlier Netflix series? Well, there’s plenty of other MCU content on the way to hold them over.
