Emmerdale fans horrified as Noah Dingle makes awful death threat after arrest

Emmerdale fans were left horrified on Monday's episode as Noah Dingle wished his mother Charity Dingle dead in chilling scenes. Only recently, Charity decided to report her son Noah to the police on Friday's episode after she discovered that he had been stalking his ex Chloe. Viewers will recall that during the flash forward week of episodes, which aired Monday 9 May to Friday 13 May, Chloe discovered Noah's sick lies and hundreds of photos he had taken of her, even using a drone.

As revenge, Kerry Wyatt decided to throw Noah in a muddy grave in a bid to teach him a lesson and he was eventually rescued by David Metcalfe. After realising his errors and apologising to mum Charity, promising to change, the police showed up and arrested Noah as he was taken away in a police car.

On Monday's episode, Noah returned back to the village after questioning as he soon discovered that it was his mother who had reported him to the police. During a confrontation, Noah yelled: "You never wanted me, you've always been a bad mum, you want me gone. I'm never coming back, I'm staying here with Cain so back off, you two-faced cow.

I hate you, I wish you were dead!" Viewers were left horrified over the scene, especially as earlier on Cain had wished his own mother Faith Dingle dead without knowing she has incurable cancer, as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts. One person said: "Noah wishing his mum dead #Emmerdale," followed with shocked emojis. A different account put: ""I wish you were dead" Really Noah? First Cain now him seriously? #Emmerdale." Another follower wrote: "Cain wishing his mum were dead.

'Total eye-opener' Emmerdale's Mark Charnock 'shocked' over 'sheer weight' of stroke plot
Emmerdale actor Mark Charnock was left in “shock” after doing research for the show’s storyline that sees his character, Marlon Dingle, suffer a stroke. The 53-year-old told Express.co.uk and other media outlets how finding out more about the condition has been a “total eye-opener” for him.He also highlighted the “sheer weight” of the stroke figures in the UK, where “a stroke occurs every 5 minutes”.Mark said: “Working with Emmerdale‘s research team and the Stroke Association on this storyline has been a total eye-opener for me.“We hear the word ‘stroke’ bandied around a great deal, but being confronted with the sheer weight of numbers in this country alone has been a shock.“A stroke occurs every 5 minutes in the UK - over 100,000 a year.”Mark has expressed hopes that his portrayal will raise awareness on the “devastating” consequences of a stroke. He said: “More can and should be done to raise awareness and hopefully, this story can help with that.“It’s an enormous responsibility to try and get it right for the survivors and their families and for those who’ve lost loved ones to this awful event. The TV star continued: “No two strokes are the same, but the after-effects are devastating.“I’m very proud of the show for telling it and for letting me be a part of it.”Elsewhere during the interview, Mark reflected on how the stroke changed Marlon’s life “forever”.He explained that, following the stroke, Marlon’s outlook on the future changed as he feared he “can’t be the dad he wanted to be” for his children.Mark said: “I don't think he’s going to get to where he wants to be for a long time, and we're just at the beginning of his journey.“He can't work anymore, and he feels, wrongly, that he can't be the dad he wants to be

Emmerdale's Emile John 'found it difficult' playing Ethan in 'controversial' racism plot
Emmerdale star Emile John has admitted that he "found it difficult to be at the heart" of the soap's "controversial" storyline about racism. Emile, who plays lawyer Ethan Anderson, told Express.co.uk and other publications that Emmerdale was "brave" for including such "abhorrent" examples of racism on the show.Emile, 25, is in the midst of an ongoing storyline that sees his character Ethan wrestle with his conscience after agreeing to represent the racist Jordan Greenlow (Jack Parr).Jordan has been accused of racially aggravated assault after he attacked Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) last month. This is Ethan’s first case as a duty solicitor, but his role in representing the accused has caused tensions in the village. Asked what his first reaction was when he saw the script for the complex story arc with racism as its core, Emile spoke about how “abhorrent” he found the language to be.“Just looking at the scripts and stuff and also the language is just such, you know, abhorrent language that the viewers will see,” he explained. “So, being at the heart of that was quite difficult sometimes. “But yeah, it's fun to play and I'm having a lot of fun with it,” Emile reflected.Speaking about the importance of Emmerdale featuring such a hard-hitting storyline, the actor went on to praise the soap for not shying away from the issue. “I think it’s important,” he said.
