A fan captured footage of the 35 year old attempting a backflip off a ledge, but the move didn't go as planned, and Aston instead landed flat on his back.The video, shared on TikTok with the hashtag '#jlssheffield,' indicated that the incident occurred during a JLS performance in Sheffield.

Along with her eldest daughter turning 10 this year – a "scary prospect" for the 33-year-old – it’s been 10 years since she was offered the "incredible" role of This Morning host.
