JLS’ JB Gill flooded with requests to officiate fans’ weddings after Aston's nuptials

JLS singer JB Gill has been inundated with requests from fans to officiate their wedding after taking on the role at bandmate Aston Merrygold’s wedding. Aston and his wife Sarah Richards tied the knot at the stunning Palm House in Liverpool’s Sefton Park, and JB was given the very special role of officiating their big day.
“We thought it would be so special to have him officiate,” Aston exclusively told OK! of JB. “He’s been there from the start and he made it so personal.The connection he has with us made us so comfortable.” The couple gifted JB with a silver hip flask to ask him to take on the role, for which he was specially ordained.
And after JLS fans saw JB officiating their ceremony, which was exclusively covered by OK!, the 35 year old was flooded with requests to do the same at their nuptials. One fan wrote: “Quick question JB, you wanna officiate my wedding?” to which JB, who attended the wedding with his wife Chloe, replied: “You won’t believe the offers I’ve received,” alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
A second follower added: “What an honour! How can I get you to officiate my wedding one day?” A third wrote: “This makes my heart so happy!!! Soo Jay you wanna officiate my wedding day as well?” JB, who rose to fame with the JLS boys on the 2008 series of The X Factor, shared a sweet snap of himself taking on his duties during the wedding with the caption: “Not every day you get the chance to marry your bro and our sis! "Honoured was an understatement. What a fabulous moment and wonderful celebrations #The Merrygolds”.
