Zack Snyder‘s 2009 “Watchmen” is largely considered to be the most faithful comicbook film adaptations of all time, nearly to a fault. Though virtually identical to the original graphic novel, critics of the time found the source material didn’t translate too well to film.

There are a little over three days left in Emmy nomination voting and the Television Critics Association (TCA) has given Television Academy members who haven’t completed their ballots yet something to think about. Almost six months since its conclusion, HBO’s “Watchmen” still resonates as a remarkable achievement. The first season of Watchmen will come to the physical home formats on 1st June with 90 minutes of bonus material.
