For the most part, the Cleveland Cavaliers line-up is set in stone with the exception of restricted free agent Collin Sexton who has yet to resign with the Cavaliers their roster should pretty much remain the same. Many fans and NBA insiders believe that Sexton will be back with the Cleveland Cavaliers for the upcoming NBA season.

It has been a few months since the start of the NBA’s free agency and Cleveland Cavaliers, guard Collin Sexton has yet to sign a deal. The 23-year-old guard has a three-year $40 million deal on the table but seemed to be unhappy with the amount of money he would be making per year.

With The NBA pre-season coming up fast the Cleveland Cavaliers have a few decisions to make before play starts. One decision would be what to do with guard/Forward Cedi Osman.

It was announced yesterday August 18th, 2022 that LeBron James had signed a two-year $97.1 million contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers with a player option for the 2024-25 NBA season. James was entering the final year of his original contract and there were some rumors that he would be headed home To Cleveland for the third time in his career but it seems now we can put those rumors to bed.

With fans around the world waiting for the start of the 2022-23 NBA season, it seems that the Cleveland Cavaliers will need their passports as sources say they will be heading north of the border to take on the Toronto Raptors to open the season. It seems during the Cavs/Wizards game there were a few fans talking trash to Kyle Kuzma and holding signs saying that LeBron James is the only reason he has a ring. The signs may have been a little over the line but the professional athlete may have taken the heckling a little too personally.

Cleveland Cavaliers have a very promising young core. One player in that young core is projected to have a breakout season this year is Isaac Okoro.One of Cleveland’s assistant coaches, JJ Outlaw, is very excited about Okoro in the upcoming NBA season.

Cleveland is trying to make a playoff push as a seven or eight seed this year and they will need healthy and efficient players to get them there.Many NBA insiders are saying that Valentine would not be a good fit in Cleveland due to his health and inconsistency.
