Coronation Street star Charlotte Jordan has teased a huge twist for Daisy Midgeley - if she has her way. The actress joined the ITV soap back in 2020 as Jenny Connor's former step-daughter.
While fans probably now best know Charlotte for starring as Daisy in Corrie, before joining the soap three years ago the actress enjoyed some Netflix fame. She starred as Gaby Grant in two seasons of the streaming service's series, Free Rein. But lockdown hit six months after filming on Free Rein and it wasn't until the summer of 2020 that Charlotte was invited to audition for Corrie before making her screen debut at the end of the same year.
In the short time, Charlotte's character has faced a whole host of big storylines, none more so than the horrifying acid attack last May which saw Daisy attacked by her stalker Justin Rutherford. Ryan Connor stepped in and suffered life-changing injured as a result as he was doused with the clear liquid.

The storyline has seen Charlotte, the ITV soap and her co-stars pick up countless awards, including the soap star bagging the Best Dramatic Performance gong at the British Soap Awards 2023.
Nowadays, Daisy is back working behind the bar of the Rovers with only Jenny knowing she is the co-owner after they both secretly stifled the money late serial killer Stephen Reid stole from Carla Connor's Underworld factory. But she has found herself single after Daniel Osbourne called off their engagement after discovering her affair with Ryan.
But it appears Charlotte wants more drama for her character. The 28-year-old was quizzed by fans during a Q and A
