This Morning has confirmed another presenter is stepping into the main host role despite Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley being confirmed as the new permanent presenting duo.
It was announced earlier this month that the pair will be the permanent replacements for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield - whose shock exits came within months of each other last year - and will host from Monday to Thursday while Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary present their usual Friday show.
Ben has already finished his time on Good Morning Britain, leaving after 10 years on the show with a farewell episode alongside long-term co-star and friend Kate Garraway.

But it won't be until Monday March 11 that viewers will get to see Ben and Cat at the helm of This Morning for the first time.
It means viewers have seen Josie Gibson, Craig Doyle, Rochelle Humes and Andi Peters in the past couple of weeks who have all stood in to keep the ITV daytime show on air.
But on Thursday (February 29), as they had their last stint on the show, Rochelle confirmed that Martin Lewis would be hosting alongside Josie Gibson next week, starting on Monday (March 4).
It comes as they were discussing the money expert's latest accolade. He picked up the Royal Television Society's 'Special Award' during the Television Journalism Awards 2024 on Wednesday night (February 28).
