Emmerdale star Lawrence Robb, who plays Mackenzie Boyd on the ITV soap, has taken to social media admitting he's "crazy" over a new venture away from the Dales. The actor took to Instagram to give an update.
The Scottish star has not shied away from hard-hitting storylines, with his recent plot involving being stabbed by wife Charity Dingle. She's struggling with the emotional trauma of killing Damon 'Harry' Harris, who was Mack's ex-girlfriend Chloe's dad.
Charity, played by Emma Atkins, got caught up in a cycle of paranoia by sleeping with a knife next to her bed since she shot Harry in self-defence. Mack went to check on her as she was having a nightmare and got stabbed.

Charity became almost paralysed at her wrongly stabbing Mack whilst believing it was Harry in front of her. But although Mack has a lot going on in the soap world, it seems his personal life is also taking a 'crazy' new path.
The Renfrewshire actor, who grew up in Kilmacolm, revealed he plans to raise money for Samaritans who aim to provide support for those in emotional distress and who are in danger of taking their life.
Lawrence confirmed he would be taking part in the upcoming marathon which will be held in April during an Instagram video as he cuddled up next to his pet dog. He owns two dachshunds Peaches and Pip.
"I have decided to run the London marathon because I'm crazy," he said. "I'm running because it's a wonderful cause. I'm trying to raise as much money as possible to make people realise that they're not alone."
