Emmerdale fans were left gripped on Monday night as murderer Meena Jutla kidnapped Dawn Taylor in a limo during her Valentine's Day wedding to Billy Fletcher. In the explosive episode, it saw Meena's ex Billy exchange vows with Dawn at the village church as everyone prepared to head to Home Farm for the reception. As everyone gathered outside, Billy promised Dawn a big surprise as he disappeared to which a lavish limousine arrived with everyone believing it to be the groom's gift.
However, after getting inside and the doors locking, Dawn soon became alarmed as she kept asking questions to which she was met with silence from the driver. After knocking on the front window, Dawn was left stunned as Meena, who wore a chauffeur hat, revealed herself to be the driver.
She warned: "Till death do you part... you just get comfy, buckle up and prepare to play for your life." Dawn then started screaming for help as she banged on the windows while her wedding guests waved her off, not realising Meena is driving the car. In upcoming scenes, the villagers head back to Home Farm for the reception.
But, Dawn and Billy are nowhere to be seen... As their family and friends become more and more worried, it transpires that Billy and Dawn have fallen into Meena’s clutches at a viaduct.The psychopathic killer taunts them with a gun and makes Billy choose to save either himself or Dawn. If he fails to play along they’ll both bite the dust.
