Actress Maisie Smith has teased a potential return to Eastenders years after her character was last seen in Albert Square.
Tiffany Butcher was killed off by a violent criminal in Walford after she was hit by a car. It wouldn't be the first time a soap character has made a sensational return when viewers think they have seen the last of them.
Dirty Den Watts, Kathy Beale and Cindy Beale all returned to the soap after previously being killed.
Maisie revealed that while she has no immediate plans to return, it's always a possibility that she could make her way back at some point. "Not at the minute, no, but it's one of those places, you just never know," she said.
She added at the National Lottery's Big Night of Musicals speaking to OK! Magazine: "There's always a place to go back to, but not right now."
The 22-year-old also spoke about recent house renovations following moving in with boyfriend Max George last January as she has been sharing updates with fans on her social media.
She told the publication: "It's very time-consuming, but we're getting there. We're really happy, and the house looks amazing. I'm finally house proud for the first time ever so I'm very happy."

Maisie added that she's "busy and happy" at the moment as she's been working on a number of new projects, revealing that she'd also love to appear in a musical someday, if the right role came along.
Her and Wanted singer Max's romance blossomed after they became close on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour when competing in the series against each other before they took their relationship public in 2022.
