United have brought a 31-man squad on tour and here are three things spotted in their first training session...
Martial's fitness
Anthony Martial was absent from 27 games through injury last season. The Frenchman has been plagued with injury concerns over the last few years and supporters have begun to wonder whether he's actually made of papier-mache.
Although Marcus Rashford can play down the middle, he's most effective on the left side and Martial, who spends more time on the treatment table than on the pitch, is the only natural striker currently at the club.
Martial was not in the squad for the opening two pre-season friendlies and the training photos that have been released from the USA suggest that he didn't work with the main group on Thursday.
That would mean Martial is still trying to work toward becoming fully fit.
