Manchester United defender Harry Maguire was booed by some sections of the crowd as the Reds lost to Real Madrid at Houston's NRG Stadium.
Maguire started the game on the bench and watched on as the La Liga giants took the lead early on. Ex-Chelsea man Antonio Rudiger picked out the run of Jude Bellingham who neatly chipped Andre Onana.
Maguire came on just after the hour mark as Erik ten Hag made wholesale changes. However the 30-year-old, who was just stripped of the captaincy at Old Trafford prior to the tour, received a negative reception from some fans.

United ultimately lost the friendly in Texas 2-0 with Joselu netting a late second with a fine overhead kick.
It is not the first time Maguire has been targeted with boos. While on England international duty before the World Cup in Qatar, the defender was booed.
He has lost his place in the first team and his drop down the pecking order has led to growing doubts over his future. MEN Sport understands the Reds would be willing to listen to offers of £50million for Maguire.
The transfer window is in full swing and United have already got their hands on two players, with Mason Mount and Andre Onana through the door at Old Trafford
Erik ten Hag's attention now turns to signing a new goal scorer following their struggles in that department last season. Anthony Martial is the only genuine striker in United's squad and his fitness can not be relied upon, so United are looking at Rasmus Hojlund and Harry Kane as options.
