This Morning star Isla Traquair has revealed she was cheated on by her ex-partner, who she caught liking photos of an underwear model on social media. The former ITV and Channel 5 news presenter appeared on the ITV daytime programme on Tuesday, June 25 to discuss 'micro-cheating' - a term that refers to small breaches of trust in a relationship that don't pass the threshold into a physical affair.
Isla detailed her own experience of the betrayal with an ex-boyfriend, who she said tried to justify his behaviour. Speaking to presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, she said: "I'm not someone who's typically jealous or whatever, but let's just say I had an ex who cheated and then I literally found out he had been liking a lot of stuff online that wasn't appropriate.
"I said: 'Why are you liking pictures of an underwear model?' "He said: 'Oh, she's a friend of mine.' I said: 'But you don't like pictures of her dog. It's just her in a bikini.' "'I'm just giving her an ego boost,' he told me.
