This Morning's Ben Shephard is no stranger to showing off his sweaty workouts after pumping iron and being pushed to his limits in the gym.
The presenter, 49, has been a regular on TV screens, presenting shows such as Good Morning Britain, Ninja Warrior UK and Tipping Point – but away from the camera, fitness has played a huge role in his life and he's undergone an epic transformation.

Away from his hosting duties, Ben has undergone a full body transformation over the years.
Back in 2012, he took part in Men's Health six-week six-pack challenge, taking him from a slim-fitting physique with little muscle definition to boasting rippling abs. Ever since the presenter has been hooked to keeping fit and regularly shares snaps and videos of himself working out in the gym on social media for his 581,000 followers to swoon over.
His eagle-eyed followers can't help but to gush over his physique in the comments section, with many praising how "strong" he is and that his exercise regime is "impressive". Even some of Ben's celebrity pals are impressed by his
