Ronaldo was the club's top scorer last season scoring 24 goals and it seems that, despite some fans questioning whether he would fit Erik ten Hag's system, the new manager is excited about working with the forward. Yet United's famous number seven is often the subject of speculation.

This will be good news for fans who were worried that the club would also have to replace their striker this season.
