As things stand, Benfica are thought to want £60million for his services.
Following a seismic £305million takeover, Newcastle are effectively the richest club in world football and continue to be linked with several high-profile players. According to iNews, the Magpies were quoted £50million for Nunez in January — but that would-be fee has risen.

That's owing to an increased number of suitors and his ever-increasing goals tally. United have previously been touted as possible suitors for the Uruguayan. Nunez is under contract at Benfica until 2025.
Elsewhere, former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell has advised the Gunners to stay away from Marcus Rashford. After progressing through the Old Trafford ranks, England forward Rashford is thought to be considering his options and Arsenal have been touted as one potential destination.
