Manchester United's Amad has been nominated for the Championship's Young Player of the Year award.
Amad, 20, signed for Sunderland on a season-long loan in August and he's enjoyed a memorable campaign with the North East club, as he's contributed a total of 11 goals and two assists across 32 appearances in the Championship.
After an indifferent start to the season, Amad has become a key player for Sunderland and he's now made 22 league starts.

He scored twice against Hull in a thrilling game on Friday night and his nomination for the individual accolade was confirmed on Tuesday. The youngster has been nominated alongside Bristol City’s Alex Scott and Middlesbrough’s Hayden Hackney.
The award 'recognises the best young talent in the league' and the winner will be announced on Sunday 23 April.
Amad spoke to FourFourTwo last week and said: "I know [his United transfer fee] was a lot of money, but I didn’t really think about that. There’s no reason to worry about things you can’t influence. I was so happy to sign for Manchester United.
"It’s a club with a massive history, famous all around the world. I haven’t shown my best for them yet, but I hope next season I can return and prove my talent. My dream is to play regular football at Manchester United."
Amad won the POTM award in the Championship in December and he is contracted at Old Trafford until the summer of 2025.
He joined United for a fee of £19million rising to £37m from Atalanta in October 2020.
