BreAnna Bell Jennifer Lopez hits another high note with her latest film as “The Mother” becomes Netflix’s biggest opening for a film in 2023, so far. The action-thriller scored 83.71 million hours viewed following its May 12 debut and was No. 1 in 82 countries with nearly 43 million views (Netflix calculates views by dividing the total hours viewed by the total runtime, which is 1.96 hours). On the TV side, “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” continued its reign in the No. 1 spot on the English TV List with 158.68 million hours viewed and appeared in the Top 10 in 91 countries. That puts the show’s total views at 307 million total hours viewed. With its six episodes, the series quickly racked up more than 47 million views (307 million hours viewed divided by 6.49 runtime hours) since its May 4 release.

Sarah Ferguson is following in the footsteps of Meghan Markle by launching a podcast “about the highs and lows of everyday life”. The Duchess of York, known as Fergie, confirmed she was teaming up with long-time friend Sarah Jane Thomson, the entrepreneur and founder of First News, for the weekly show. The 63 year old Royal announced on her Instagram page on Tuesday morning that the first episode of Tea Talks with the Duchess and Sarah would be released this week.

Angelique Jackson “Nope” standout Brandon Perea is going from surveying one (alien) storm system to chasing another — with the actor signing on to star in the upcoming “Twister” sequel. Perea joins Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell and Anthony Ramos in “Twisters,” directed by “Minari” helmer Lee Isaac Chung from a script by “The Revenant” writer Mark L. Smith. The film, from Universal Pictures, Warner Bros. and Amblin Entertainment, is described as a “new chapter” of the 1996 movie, which followed a team of storm chasers as they hunted down the most powerful tornado in decades. Plot details, including Perea’s role, are being kept under wraps.

Mike and Zara Tindall cuddled up for a lovely picture taken at the ex-rugby star’s celebrity golf day. The royal couple posed for a snap at the Belfry resort near Sutton Coldfield as Mike, 44, hosted the 10th annual charity event in aid of Cure Parkinson's and the Matt Hampson Foundation, which provides support for people suffering from serious injury or disability.

Mike Tindall has opened up on his boozy ‘date night’ with wife Zara on the eve of King Charles’ Coronation. The ex-England rugby star, 44, enjoyed a lavish night out in central London with other members of the Royal Family last Friday night - the evening before the historic ceremony at Westminster Abbey. He and 41 year old wife Zara - who is Princess Anne’s daughter - went out for dinner with the Princess Royal and her husband Timothy Lawrence - as well as Prince Andrew and his daughters Beatrice and Eugenie - at a private club in Mayfair.

Prince William “couldn’t walk for a week” after playing football, ex-England striker Luther Blissett has revealed. The Prince of Wales, 40, discussed his footballing exploits with the former Watford player as he handed out honours at Windsor Castle on Wednesday. Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent Adèle Haenel, the French star of Cannes prize-winning film “Portrait of a Lady on Fire,” vanished from the film world in the aftermath of the 2020 Cesar Awards ceremony. That year, Roman Polanski won best director and Haenel, who was on the ground for her nomination with “Portrait of a Lady on Fire,” walked out of the ceremony in a burst of anger upon hearing Polanski’s name, shouting “Bravo pedophilia!” Several months prior, Haenel had accused French director Christophe Ruggia of having sexually harassed her for years starting when she was just 12 years old, prompting the birth of France’s #MeToo movement. Since then, Haenel exited the movie biz to dedicate herself to political activism, as well as theater and dance with the artist Gisèle Vienne. She recently appeared on French TV to support the strike and protest against the country’s unpopular pension reform.

King Charles III's Coronation is underway, and it has been the royal event many have been waiting in anticipation for - us included.  The ceremony, which will see St Edward’s Crown placed on the 74-year-old British monarch's head, has been meticulously planned for months, and now the day has finally arrived.  The momentous event will take place at London's Westminster Abbey on 6 May, with the official crowning ceremony due to take place at midday.

Eddie Marsan has joined the cast of Supacell, Blue Story director Rapman’s Netflix drama series about a group of South Londoners who develop superpowers.

K.J. Yossman Keira Knightley is set to star in Netflix series “Black Doves,” the streamer unveiled today. Written by “Giri/Haji” showrunner Joe Barton, the drama will see Knightley star as Helen, a woman with a secret identity who embarks on a passionate affair. When her lover falls victim to London’s shadowy underworld, Helen’s employers send an old friend, Sam, to protect her. The two of them soon embark on a high octane adventure set against a backdrop of diplomatic tension and Christmas. “‘Black Doves’ is the story of two old friends coming back together, finding trust in one another in a world where trust can get you killed and, ultimately, changing the course of each other’s lives forever,” reads the logline.

Netflix has confirmed Season 6 of Black Mirror, unveiled trailer and launch date, and revealed a bumper cast list featuring Aaron Paul, Kate Mara, Michael Cera and Salma Hayek Pinault.
