Now, just five days since it premiered on the streaming platform, viewers have been quick to blast the show online, and given it an audience score of one per cent on Rotten Tomatoes.Queen Cleopatra follows on from the first part of the franchise — African Queens: Njinga — which also received a mostly-negative reception from viewers: 22 per cent, to be exact.While both Njinga and Queen Cleopatra have been on the receiving end of mostly poor reviews from viewers, the latter has got a noticeable negative reaction from critics too.

For the past two years, Xo, Kitty creator, executive producer and co-showrunner Jenny Han and executive producer and co-showrunner Sascha Rothchild worked on Netflix’s spinoff series from the hit All The Boys I’ve Loved Before movie trilogy. As the series holds its premiere tonight at the Netflix Tudum theater in Hollywood, the duo, along with the rest of the show’s writers, won’t be on hand to celebrate with the cast, producers and executives.

Charna Flam London’s West End smash hit “Death Drop” is headed across the pond. The killer comedy drag show, starring some of the most famous drag queens, is coming to New York this summer. “Death Drop,” is set to begin its off-broadway previews on June 30, followed by opening night on July 13 at New World Stages. The show stars “RuPaul’s Drag Race’s” Jujubee as Summer Raines, Willam as Shazza and Shuga Cain as Lady Rosebud von Fistenberg. Joining the “Drag Race” alum include Peachez Iman Cummings (“Worst Cooks in America”) as Morgan Pierce, Wang Newton (“Sacred Wounds”) as Phil Maker and the “Death Drop” writer Holly Stars as the Bottomly Sisters. Kiki Ball-Change will serve as an understudy. Additional casting will be announced soon.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back with a trailer for “Fubar,” Netflix’s limited spy-adventure series starring the former Governator and “Top Gun: Maverick” actor Monica Barbaro. The show follows father and daughter CIA operatives Luke (Schwarzenegger) and Emma Brunner (Barbaro) who discover they lived their entire lives unaware that the other was also part of the secretive agency. Just when he thought he was out, Luke gets pulled back in for one last job, but this time with his daughter. The series will have eight episodes.

Love Is Blind’s production company, Kinetic Content, responded after former cast members of the reality series claimed they were put through “emotional warfare” during their time on the show.

Netflix fans have been left so disturbed by new sci-fi horror film Splice they “wish they could forget” it. The haunting flick stars Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley as two genetic engineers hoping to achieve fame by successfully splicing together the DNA of different animals to create new hybrid animals for medical use.
