Emmerdale actress Rosie Bentham, who plays Gabby Thomas in the soap, has opened up on her love life, as she says that she prefers "normal" guys. Rosie has been part of the ITV show since 2016, but off-screen, she spends her time between her family home in Nottingham and her flat in Leeds, which is close to the set of Emmerdale.
The 22 year old revealed she is "getting to know" a new beau, but she tends to keep her love life private. Speaking to The Sun, she explained: "I would say that I’m getting to know someone at the moment, but I’m very private when it comes to my love life." Since Rosie took over the role of Gabby in 2016, viewers have watched her grow into a young woman who is now a mother. She gave birth to Thomas Tate in 2021, whose father is the evil Jamie Tate.
While they split and he went missing, Gabby has remained a key part of the Tate family, living at Home Farm with his mum Kim. Gabby has been learning key business skils from Kim as she looks to set up a bright future for her and her son. In recent times, she has also been
