John Hopewell Chief International Correspondent Seriesmakers, a joint initiative of Series Mania, Europe’s biggest TV festival, and European film-TV powerhouse Beta Group, has revealed the 10 top-notch project lineup of the second edition of its novel and high-powered mentoring program for filmmakers making their TV creator debut. This year’s Seriesmakers features in development drama series from Oscar winner Kevin Macdonald (“George Blake”), behind “The Last King Of Scotland,” and from Finnish director Mikko Myllylahti, who burst onto the scene co-writing with Juho Kuosmanen the latter’s “The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Makki,” a 2016 Cannes Un Certain Regard winner.

Ten projects have been selected for the second edition of Seriesmakers, Series Mania’s development lab for feature film directors sidestepping into series production.

Her boyfriend Bobby discovered her flat unlocked, with no sign of Lauren despite her earlier hints about wanting to escape the street.

Emmerdale viewers are convinced that Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins) is about to seriously hurt her husband Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and his fate could be sealed, as her Post-traumatic stress disorder seems to have spiralled out of control. The Woolpack pub landlord has been struggling to move forward after accidentally killing Damon "Harry" Harris at the start of this year, and was left incredibly traumatised by the terrifying events in a local warehouse. While Charity managed to save Mack from villainous Harry, she has been unable to sleep ever since she shot the latter, and has become increasingly reactive to loud noises and upsetting moments.

During Monday's episode, Ruby asked Kim Tate (Claire King) for help to get her own back on Caleb Miligan (William Ash), even though she'd just declared Kim an enemy.The pair bumped into each other in the village, and Ruby found out about Kim's past with her husband Caleb . Caleb and Ruby had only just got back together after planning to get divorced, but then things went wrong when Ruby revealed Caleb's affair.The Dingles have turned their backs on Caleb after finding out he was having an affair with Nate Robinson's (Jurell Carter) wife, Tracy Robinson (Amy Walsh).

EastEnders fans were delivered yet another twist in The Six’s murder plot on Tuesday’s (20 February) visit to Albert Square, as Denise Fox sought out advice from serial killer Lucas Johnson to help try and cope with the guilt of having been complicit to Keanu Taylor’s death. As regular viewers will know, Keanu was fatally stabbed to death on Christmas Day by Linda Carter as she tried to defend her friend Sharon Watts from being strangled to death by the irate mechanic.

During a recent episode of the ITV soap, Ella met Dawn in the Woolpack, who talked about how Meena Jutla spoiled her wedding to Billy.

Coronation Street fans are buzzing with theories about bully Mason's connection to the c.obbles Viewers have seen Gary Windass (Mikey North) supporting his step-son Liam Connor through a tough time of bullying from Mason and Dylan. ITV viewers have been convinced Mason is actually Gary's secret son, which would explain why he chose to target Liam. However, a new theory has emerged suggesting Mason isn't related to Gary, but instead, he could be related to Rick Neelan, the loan shark who Gary bumped off a while back.
