Adam Thomas sends emotional three-word message to himself after issuing a health update amid Strictly Come Dancing stint

Adam Thomas has shared an emotional three-word message to himself after enjoying some time with his older brother. The Waterloo Road star is currently working hard filming for the BBC One school drama and training for his upcoming performance on Strictly Come Dancing.
But it appears Adam, who is known for playing Donte Charles in Waterloo Road, managed to get some time with his former Coronation Street star brother Ryan and shared a selfie of the pair on his Instagram Story on Thursday (October 12).
Alongside the smiling snap, Adam typed: "Really blessed to have this one in my life @ryanthomas84. Always there for me." He then added: "Love you brother x." And seeing his older sibling clearly helped as hen then shared a follow-up post as he travelled in the back of a car.

Posing for the camera while putting his fingers into a peace sign, he told his one million followers: "Proud of me," alongside a red heart. He was then seen doing some training with Luba Mushtuk for their next performance this Saturday night (October 14) and it appears she challenged him by performing the routine in front a bunch of people.
After watching them walk in one by one, Adam shared the moment at the end of the dance where the crowd applauded and screamed in support. "Slowly getting over my nerves thanks to this lot," the former Emmerdale star wrote alongside the joyous moment captured on camera.
