Adam Thomas has given fans a fresh update on his Strictly Come Dancing progress after missing training yesterday (Oct 31). The actor, who recently reprised his role as Donte Charles in BBC's reboot of Waterloo Road, landed a spot in the dance-off during Halloween week.

But Adam and Luba were unanimously saved by the judges, meaning Zara headed home following her third time in the dance-off. Ready to head into week six of the BBC dance contest, Adam shared on Monday that his filming for Waterloo Road had been cancelled, meaning he had more time to train.

But things changed on Tuesday morning when the actor appeared on Instagram sporting the work uniform of his Donte Charles character as he wrote to his one million followers: "No dancing today," alongside a sad-looking disappointed face emoji.
However, on Wednesday (Nov 1), the TV star revealed he was 'back' after missing a day of rehearsals. Speaking
