New neighbours are guaranteed to get the curtains twitching in any street. But no one expects to get an eyeful of models dropping into a dowdy suburban home for kinky S&M style photo sessions.

The House of Damask website details the services and facilities offered by the studio which the owners describe as “eclectic and extraordinary”.
The site says: “We provide a one-of-a-kind experience, combining the functionality of a traditional photography studio with captivating setups, exquisite decor, and carefully curated furnishings, creating a truly spectacular space that inspires both photographers and models.”
