Construction started last year and now the scheme's project monitors have revealed with aplomb it's entered the 'superstructure' phase.
Above-ground works are underway in earnest, with the latest images showing a concrete frame beginning to rise above the surface and getting taller all the time. The frame will now continue to be built upwards towards the sky.

A nine-year project to build four skyscrapers on the same plot of land in Manchester was first given the green light in February last year. The towers, ranging from 39 storeys in height to 60 storeys, are planned for two parcels of land on the banks of the River Irwell, known as Trinity Islands.
Tower D2, although not the tallest of the four, will stand an impressive 55-storeys high as part of an overall £740m development known as Vista River Gardens.
