Campaigners want to raise awareness of a little-known heart condition that kills around 2,000 people each year.
Aortic dissection is when a tear occurs in the aorta - the main artery carrying blood from your heart to the rest of your body. The tear can cause blood to leak between the layers that make up the walls of your arteries and can occur suddenly or develop over time.
Symptoms can be similar to a heart attack and the condition mostly affects men in their sixties and seventies.

According to the British Heart Foundation (BHF), aortic dissection is a medical emergency and needs urgent treatment. The symptoms include a sudden, severe pain across the chest, which is often felt in the back or between the shoulder blades.
Other symptoms include pain in the jaw, face, abdomen, back or lower extremities and feeling cold, clammy and sweaty. Aortic dissection could also cause fainting and shortness of breath.
There are certain risk factors that can increase the chance of aortic dissection, BHF says. One of the most common is having high blood pressure, which can weaken the wall of the aorta over time, making it more likely to tear.
Other risk factors include atherosclerosis, which is a hardening of the arteries, and aortic coarctation, which is a narrowing of the aorta at birth. An aortic aneurysm could also make dissection more likely. This is when there is swelling or bulging at any point along the aorta.
There are also some conditions that develop from birth that may cause the aorta wall to weaken, making dissection more likely. These conditions are uncommon,
