The Met Office weather map shows when heavy rain is set to hit Greater Manchester, with flood warnings issued over the coming days.
A yellow weather warning for rain will be in force from midday on Monday (January 29) until 5am on Tuesday (January 30). The area covered by the warning includes parts of Bolton, Bury and Oldham.
Forecasters currently predict that the prolonged and heavy downpours 'may lead to some flooding and impacts to travel'. Public transport is expected to be delayed, with journeys by road also predicted to take longer due to the spray and surface water.

The national forecast according to the Met Office on Monday says: "Rain, sometimes heavy, will stretch from northeast England to southwest Wales. Drier elsewhere but largely cloudy. Breezy around western coasts."
The latest Met Office map shows how rainfall will start to pass over the region in the early hours of Monday morning, at around 12.30am. Most of Greater Manchester will be drenched by around 3am, with rainfall continuing throughout the morning.
However a large band of heavy rainfall will then pass over at around 10am, covering central Manchester, Wigan, Bolton, Rochdale and Bury. Between 4mm and 8mm of rain is predicted to fall.
The wet conditions will continue all day, with brief spells of heavier rainfall until around 5pm on Monday, when most of the region will see a brief dry spell. Heavy rain is then continued to hit again at around 7pm and last until 8am on Tuesday (January 30).
The yellow warning for rain warns of the potential flooding of homes and businesses, spray and flooding on roads making journey times longer and bus and train services also affected.
