The precipitation map shows the band of snow beginning to form from 9pm on Monday evening, stretching from Northern Ireland to Birmingham. Belfast, Castlewellan, Cookstown and Omagh will see between 0.5mm and 4mm of snowfall an hour.
A dusting will fall in Londonderry and parts of Dungiven, with less than 0.5mm of the white stuff to fall per hour. The Isle of Man will also see snow, with Ramsey and Peel to see 0.5mm of snow and Douglas to see slightly more, between 0.5mm and 4mm.
