Manchester United fans are growing more and more impatient this month as continued uncertainty surrounds the takeover process.

In our latest MEN Sport takeover headlines, United's chief operating officer Collette Roche tried to shed some clarity on the situation.
In an interview with The Athletic, Roche admitted she was unsure when the breakthrough on the sale would come. "I’d love to say I did (know), but I genuinely don’t know how long it will take," she said. "I do know it’s complex, I know it’s ongoing and, probably like our fans, all of the staff are waiting to hear what the answer is. The fact that we’re listed (on the New York Stock Exchange) means that we can’t be told either, because of the share price sensitivity. So we just need to hold out. Wait. Be patient."
Later in the interview, Roche claimed the 'strategic review' which the Glazers announced in November was not brought about by protests from the fans.
She added: "I wouldn’t say the protests pushed the strategic review. I think the strategic review was always inevitable
