Manchester United's Alejandro Garnacho has gone viral on social media for laughing at a Manchester City fan who interacted with him in private messages on Instagram.
The interaction came about because Garnacho messaged an account in October 2020 asking for any photos of an Under-18 match against City. The person behind that account did not reply until this week when he replied with photos of the FA Cup final, which United lost 2-1 at Wembley in June.
The City fan shared a video of the interaction and Garnacho eventually replied, writing: "No bro, not cool. Maybe you should learn your respects and not send me things like that."

Garnacho subsequently unsent the message but not before it was leaked by the same supporter on social media. The exchange between the pair can be seen in the tweet below.
The winger also sent laughing emojis to a tweet that read: "During the time you took to make this TikTok he has made your daily wage 3x over."
Garnacho was just 16 years and four months old when he sent the initial message asking for photos of an academy game he played in. He's since made exceptional progress to become an established first-team player.
In the same season as winning the FA Youth Cup (2021/22) with the U18s alongside Kobbie Mainoo and Dan Gore, he was handed his senior debut with former interim boss Ralf Rangnick in charge.
Garnacho has become a key player for Erik ten Hag and he's contributed five goals and two assists in 26 appearances this season.
