Manchester Pride 2023 is finally here and the city-region is being turned into one of the country’s biggest celebrations of the LGBTQ+ community.
The annual festival features everything from parades to activism talks, brunches to late night parties and plenty of live music and entertainment throughout the weekend.
The four-day weekend celebration kicks off on Friday (August 25) and runs until Monday (August 28). Throughout the weekend there will be performances at the Gay Village Party from the likes of Danny Beard, Conchita, Lady Bushra, Natasha Bedingfield, Gok Wan, Cheddar Gorgeous, and Jodie Harsh.

This year’s line-up is as diverse as it gets and is made up of 96 per cent of queer performers. A large focus on the bill has also been given to women, people of colour, those in trans and non-binary communities and allies.
Outside of the Gay Village Party, there will be a host of free and ticketed events taking place across the city-region to celebrate Manchester Pride as you see fit.
But if you have tickets to the Gay Village Party and are planning to visit Sackville Gardens on Saturday, we’ve got you covered with the line-up and artists that’ll be taking to the stage throughout the day.
Saturday's parade will be screened live on the Village Stage, with the likes of Tom Aspaul, Black Peppa and Jodie Harsh later performing. There will be a Queer Asian Takeover on the Alan Turing Stage featuring the likes of House of Spice and The Bitten Peach, which is set to be a must-see event.
Of course, line-ups and performance times are, as ever, subject to change.
