A dad who died after jumping over a barrier at a Turkish airport was suffering a mental health crisis, an inquest has heard.

Andrew Westlake, 29, was on his way back from a holiday with his partner and baby daughter when he jumped over a barrier and fell 10 metres to the ground at Dalaman Airport in May 2018.

Mr Westlake was said to be in a state of "despair" when he jumped but it is "unlikely" he was aware of the consequences of his actions, Coroner James Thompson said during a hearing at
