Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent Netflix has unveiled its roster of Nordic titles, including Jo Nesbø’s Norwegian series “Harry Hole” (working title), a series adaptation of Amanda Romare’s novel “Diary of a Ditched Girl” starring Carla Sehn (“Love & Anarchy”), the female-led “The New Force,” and a film adaptation of Alex Ahndoril’s “The Key Series.” “Harry Hole” is entirely penned by Nesbø, a bestselling crime novelist best known for “Occupied” and “The Snowman.” Based on Nesbø’s novel “The Devil’s Star,” the series is set in Oslo during the summer and follows police detective Harry Hole who’s just been abandoned by his girlfriend. On his last mission, Hole has to partner with a corrupt cop to investigate the murder of a woman.

Liverpool pop band, Her's, died in a car crash while on tour in the United States, nearly five years ago.The bandmates, Stephen Fitzpatrick and Audun Laadig, and their tour manager, Trevor Engelbrektson, were driving to a gig in Santa Ana, California, when they were killed on Wednesday, 27 March 2019. The trio were travelling in a 15-seater tour van before the in a head-on crash.Their vehicle is thought to have hit a Nissan pick-up truck that was allegedly being driven the wrong way down the highway in the early hours of the morning. The epic and self-reflective film, made in partnership with the Mescalero Apache Tribe, is due to world premiere in the main DOX:Award competition of Copenhagen’s CPH:DOX festival, running March 13-24. Bustnes, Christian Aune Falch and Torstein Parelius are producing for Norway’s Upnorth Film, in co-production with Finland’s Napa Films.
