Kate Lawler has taken to social media to post a relatable video for anyone who has young children.
The 43 year old, who presents the competitions on This Morning and has a three year old daughter called Noa, shared the hilarious footage with her 504K followers alongside the caption: "Send help. Why are toddlers so goddam cute but terrors in the night?!" Kate started the video by again asking her fans for help, before explaining that her toddler, Noa, was "wide awake" from 3am to 5am.
The TV star, who was rocking bed head, no makeup and a leopard print top, then revealed that her daughter didn't even have a nap - something that could contribute to her alertness at such an early hour.
"She had a very productive day. Very busy indeed, a lot of stimulation.
Not too much stimulation though. And she ate about 10,000 more calories than I did, so she definitely wasn't hungry," Kate shared before dramatically shouting: "How am I gonna do hot yoga in half an hour?" Following this, the Big Brother star reeled off all the hysterical questions little Noa was asking, some of which she couldn't figure out how she knew.
From 'what's an asteroid mummy?' to 'when did our Queen die?' Kate jokingly added: "Oh I'm done, I'm done with half term, I'm done! Is there a nursery open today?" After declaring that Noa is only three, Kate turned her attention to comment on how much energy the toddler has. Saying: "I just find it so weird, the level of how awake they suddenly are," she questioned how Noa could be fast asleep one minute and then constantly shouting 'mummy.'
