Helen Skelton 'putting one foot in front of the other' as she begins two-month countdown

Helen Skelton has spoken of the importance of 'putting one foot in front of the other' and embarking on new adventures as fans rushed to support her next move. The Countryfile and On The Farm host is counting down to the release of her new book and shared some important life lessons with followers on Instagram.
On Thursday Helen offered the first look at the cover of In My Stride, which is out in October. Publishers say it "explores the lessons Helen has learned through life and adventure, sharing how getting out in nature can help us heal, grow, and find the resilience to move through challenging times in our lives". Mum-of-three Helen will also tell stories of "finding confidence, authenticity, courage, resilience, acceptance, community, and freedom against the backdrop of life's peaks and troughs".
Helen told fans: "The final cover for #InMyStride!! It's about putting one foot in front of the other and why taking on adventures can help all aspects of your life". She added that the book will be released on October 12.

Helen was flooded with messages from fans saying they couldn't wait to get their hands on it, with Strictly castmate Dan Walker, dancer Karen Hauer, Bake Off winner Candice Brown and comedian Ellie Taylor among those showing their support.
