Naeem Juwan, the Baltimore-born and Los Angeles–based artist formerly known as Spank Rock, has announced his new album Startisha. The LP is out June 12 via 37d03d. According to a press release, Naeem began working on Startisha four years ago in Philadelphia. He later continued work on the record at Justin Vernon’s home studio. Startisha features contributions from Vernon, Francis and the Lights, Ryan Olson, Swamp Dogg, Velvet Negroni, Amanda Blank, and Micah James.

Bing & Ruth, the project led of New York composer David Moore, has announced a new album. Species is out July 17 via 4AD. Moore’s also shared a new video for the new song “I Had No Dream.” Watch it below.

Amnesia Scanner—the Berlin-based duo of Ville Haimala and Martti Kalliala—are back with a new album. It’s called Tearless and it’s set to arrive on June 5 via PAN. Listen to “AS Going” from the LP below. The new album, which follows up their 2018 full-length Another Life, features Lalita, Code Orange, and LYZZA.

Phoebe Bridgers has announced her sophomore solo album: Punisher is out June 19 via Dead Oceans. Back in 2011, Baths released Pop Music / False B-Sides, a collection of tracks that did not make the cut for his 2010 debut Cerulean. Now, he’s back with a sequel: Pop Music / False B-Sides II features songs that were considered for 2013’s Obsidian and 2017’s Romaplasm. “Harlem Shake” producer Baauer is back with his sophomore album. It’s called Planet’s Mad and it arrives June 5 via LuckyMe. Today, he’s shared a new Rick Farin–directed music video for the album’s lead single “Planet’s Mad.” Watch the video—which was built in video game engines and features music from another song called “Magic”—below.

Future is the latest superstar to don the cover of XXL for their Spring 2020 issue, and from his scope, Life Is Good. According to Future, his Drake-assisted single will also double as the album title for his upcoming effort.

Charli XCX has announced a new album. “I’m going to use this isolation time to make a brand new album from scratch,” she said in a video posted online today (April 6). “I’m only going to be able to use the tools I have at my fingertips to create all music, all artwork, all videos... everything—in that sense, it’ll be very DIY” Charli also said that the album is out May 15 and that its working title is how i’m feeling now. Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever have announced their new album Sideways to New Italy. The Melbourne band’s new one is out June 5 via Sub Pop. They’ve released a video for their new song “She’s There.” Watch the Nick Mckk-directed visual below.

Nick Hakim has announced a new studio album, WILL THIS MAKE ME GOOD. It’s out May 15 via ATO. Hakim has also shared the new song “QADIR.” Watch its music video, directed by Nelson Nance, below.

Inventions—the duo of Matthew Robert Cooper (aka Eluvium) and Explosions in the Sky’s Mark T. Smith—have announced their next album. Continuous Portrait arrives digitally May 29 via Temporary Residence Ltd. Craig Finn, frontman for the Hold Steady, has announced a new album called All These Perfect Crosses. He’s also shared its title track. The LP was recorded during Finn’s sessions from his most recent solo album, last year’s I Need a New War. The double album arrives June 20 (via Partisan) for the recently rescheduled Record Store Day.
