Erik ten Hag told he risks being ‘embarrassed’ by Jadon Sancho amid Manchester United stand-off

Dwight Yorke says Erik ten Hag must find a resolution to his stand-off with Jadon Sancho to get rid of any negativity that could infect the Manchester United dressing room.
The former striker says he would have handled the situation differently, hinting that an exit for the winger should be sought. Sancho is still exiled from first-team activities amid his no-apology stance after accusing his boss of lying about why he was dropped from the squad against Arsenal.
The 23-year-old has consequently not played since August and is expected to leave in January, initially on loan before a potential summer transfer is sanctioned should the fallout persist. Ten Hag has indicated that Sancho may be welcomed back into the squad should he apologise.

Yorke has accused Sancho of “strolling through life” instead, and says Ten Hag must take action and end the sour saga. “Clubs can't do their best work with constant drama surrounding them,” he told Stocklytics.io. “The bad spirit will always manifest.
“Sancho shouldn't be anywhere near the first team and he shouldn't mingle with the first team. I wouldn't allow it if I were in charge. Man United are going through a tough spell right now, and they shouldn't have to deal with the Sancho situation on top of it.
“The manager has to sort those situations out and he needs to do what he needs to do to make sure he saves his own back and is not embarrassed. If that's the case with Sancho, then I'd get rid of him and keep him away from the dressing room.”
