Coruanan Estate is a small and family-run estate situated around three miles south of Fort William. It is currently looking to hire a couple as Estate Manager Assistants in a "responsible caretaking role".
According to the job listing on HiJOBS, the part-time positions come with a brand-new three bedroom house on the edge of Loch Linnhe. The home will be available from June and will be offered free of charge.
The jobs would be perfectly suited to an outdoorsy couple who have the practical skills required to work on a Highlands estate. The wealth of scenic walks around the loch and surrounding area are also ideal for those looking to escape the rat race and live a quieter life.

Another highlight of living and working on Coruanan Estate is the abundance of spectacular wildlife that calls the area home. Red squirrels, golden eagles, red deer, and pine martens are among the species that you might spot while out and about.
Those applying for the jobs must have "people skills", as there is a small holiday letting business on the estate that the successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining. Tasks will include cleaning, laundry, gardening, maintenance, and dealing with guests.
Meanwhile, the successful applicants will also assist in the general running and maintenance of Coruanan House and Estate. The roles will see the couple shadowing the longstanding manager of the estate.
