Coronation Street fans think they have worked out who Bethany Platt is receiving abusive messages from after she planned to write a story about Lauren Bolton's experience in the far-right group. Needing money, Lauren said she'd talk to journalist Bethany for a story with Chit Chat magazine.
It comes after her tip-off about Daisy Midgeley and Ryan Connor's affair saw Bethany get a story published, much to rekindled love interest Daniel Osbourne's initial dismay.
When Lauren suggested her latest story, Bethany wanted her that the price tag isn't that much but the teen was willing to go ahead and even gave Bethany some contacts after revealing she still had some people's details.

But during the latest trip to Weatherfield on Wednesday night (February 21), it was revealed by Bethany that she had approached the contacts for comment but had started receiving some nasty messages back as they didn't want to talk to her.
Bethany didn't seem too phased and pressed on with writing her story with Daniel telling his girlfriend that she needed to talk to her cousin Max Turner about the whole thing as he too was groomed by the same group. At the same time, it was revealed that Lauren had mysteriously disappeared.
Lauren's love interest Bobby had found her flat unlocked, with Lauren nowhere to be seen. It came after her earlier claims to Roy she was going to flee the street as he visited her with her wages after she stole from Bethany, which saw her lose her job.
