Jesse Lee Soffer has returned home to NBC’s Chicago P.D. but not as Jay Halstead. Instead, he’s making his debut as a director in tonight’s episode “Deadlocked.”

The Chicago Blackhawks organization has decided that the team will not wear Pride warmup jerseys before Sunday’s Pride Night home game against the Vancouver Canucks.

Halstead is back in the Windy City — but in a new role. Jesse Lee Soffer is making his directorial debut on Chicago P.D.’s Wednesday, March 22, episode, titled “Deadlocked.”

Jesse Lee Soffer returns to  following his departure as Detective Jay Halstead earlier this season — this time as a first-time director. Soffer exited as a series regular after the Oct. 5 episode.

Madonna has teased that new dates will be announced soon for her 2023 ‘Celebration’ world tour.The pop icon is due to hit the road this summer for a 35+ date stint to mark her 40 years in music. “I am excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes to give my fans the show they have been waiting for,” Madonna said of the upcoming trek in a statement.The tour will begin in North America, with gigs planned for New York, Chicago, Miami, Washington, Houston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and other cities up until early October.Madonna is set to touch down in the UK for six dates at London’s The O2.

Love Island star Casey O'Gorman has sparked rumours of a feud between him and a handful of his co-stars after failing to follow them on Instagram. Emily Longeretta Casey is back in Chicago, once again. Jesse Spencer, who left NBC’s “Chicago Fire” in 2021 after 200 episodes, will return for the 18th episode of Season 11, Variety confirms. Details about his storyline are still under wraps. Spencer portrayed Matt Casey on the Dick Wolf drama for the first nine seasons. He left during the the fifth episode of Season 10, as the character moved to Oregon with a three-year commitment to a new job. At the time, he shared that he was walking away from the show since he’d been doing television for 18 years and wanted to take a step back and spend more time with his family. (He previously starred in the Australian soap “Neighbours” and portrayed Dr. Robert Chase on Fox’s “House.”)

Cell Block Tango. The Hollywood actress, 77, is blasting the jailed producer, saying he swindled her out of a movie role in the late 1980s. Hawn, 77, told Variety on Wednesday that she and Madonna were set to star in a screen adaptation of “Chicago” produced by Weinstein before he suddenly rejigged the project.

But there’s a little-known subplot in the development of the Miramax film. Some 15 years before Renee Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones shared the screen in the iconic movie adaptation of the Broadway musical, Harvey Weinstein had been developing a precursor version with Goldie Hawn and Madonna. Hawn was set to produce and star as the fame-chasing murderess Velma Kelly, while Madonna was on board to play Roxie Hart, the upstart killer threatening to steal Velma’s thunder. But Weinstein decided to go in a different direction despite having deals in place.
