Casemiro has broken his silence with a parting message to Real Madrid following confirmation of his agreement to join Manchester United.
The 30-year-old was announced as Erik ten Hag's fourth signing on Friday evening with the Reds releasing a statement that they had reached an agreement with the La Liga giants over his move. His signing at Old Trafford is subject to UK visa requirements and a medical.
United are paying £60million plus a possible further £10million in add-ons for Casemiro, with the Brazilian signing a four-year contract with the option of a further year.

Taking to Twitter, the midfielder sent a heartfelt message to his former club and fans. "I have lived the most wonderful story that I ever thought," he said. "I hope to return one day to what will always be my home.
"Not in a thousand lifetimes will I be able to give back to Real Madrid and Madridismo all that you have given me. Forever... Hala Madrid."
During his nine-year spell at the Bernabeu, Casemiro won everything from the Champions League and La Liga to the Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup. On his arrival in Manchester, the Brazilian will be greeted by some familiar faces.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Raphael Varane both played alongside the midfielder in Madrid while Fred is an international teammate of Casemiro. The 30-year-old could make his debut away at Southampton next weekend.
