A Scots couple have slammed British Airways after their luggage was lost twice on a festive trip to Australia - both on the way there and the way back.

The body of a woman has been recovered at a Scots beauty spot following a major search operation.
Emergency services raced to the Den of Finella near St Cyrus in Aberdeenshire after the alarm was raised at around 2pm on Hogmanay.
A major water search operation was launched with the coastguard, police, fire crews and the ambulance service all involved.
Police Scotland has now confirmed the body of a 53-year-old woman was recovered earlier today. The Den of Finella is a scenic spot with a 70ft white water drop and a series of plunge pools.
It is understood the woman slipped in an area near the waterfall and got into difficulty. The A92 was closed down to assist with the operation which lasted for more than four hours yesterday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police recovered the body of a 53-year-old female and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal”.
The Coastguard said they sent Montrose, Arbroath, Stonehaven and Aberdeen rescue teams to the incident.
