BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Vito Coppola emotional as he's praised for 'lovely' message and fans 'couldn't be happier'

Vito Coppola was left emotional as he addressed he return to Strictly Come Dancing and fans said they 'couldn't be happier'. The dancer was confirmed as one of the 18 pros returning to the ballroom later this year.
In its first big announcement of the year, it was confirmed that Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will return as hosts and the judges' desks will see the return of head judge Shirley alongside Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel-Horwood and Anton Du Beke.
Meanwhile, the dancers who will return include Vito, following his winning moment at the end of the 2023 series with Actress Allie Leach and Amy Dowden, who had missed competing on Strictly last year after she was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer.

Completing Strictly's professional line-up are Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Graziano Di Prima, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Karen Hauer, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley and Michelle Tsiakkas.
Following the news, Vito has taken to social media with a video message to fans in which he shared his thanks for their continued support. "Hi beautiful people, I wanted dedicate to you all a special time for this reel because I want to share with you... I'm going to be on the next Strictly Come Dancing series," he started the clip in which he could be seen speaking directly to the camera.
