Arsenal could be left sweating on the fitness of Bukayo Saka for their clash with Manchester City next month after Mikel Arteta confirmed his winger suffered a foot problem in Sunday's 2-2 draw against Tottenham.
Saka starred in a thrilling North London Derby at the Emirates as his side shared the points with Spurs. The 22-year-old saw his curling shot deflect in off Cristian Romero for the opening goal before calmly slotting a penalty past Guglielmo Vicario after half-time.
Each effort was cancelled out shortly after by Heung-min Son, however, with both sides settling for a point going into the game's closing stages. Arteta made a raft of changes but kept Saka on, and that decision came back to bite as the Gunners winger limped off in added-time.

“He was limping quite badly after the match,” Arteta admitted ahead of Wednesday's Carabao Cup clash at Brentford. “We had to get him off the field, which is never a good sign. He hasn’t been able to participate in the session.”
Saka will certainly miss his side's Carabao Cup clash, and quizzed on whether he would be absent for Saturday's trip to Bournemouth, Arteta added: “It’s a possibility, yes.”
Arsenal then have just one week until they host City in the Emirates on what is already looking like a must-win game for their Premier League title hopes, with a Champions League trip to RC Lens in between. Arteta will likely manage Saka's minutes carefully, but will be concerned.
