Bernardo Silva dismissed the idea that Manchester City have struggled without Rodri and Kevin De Bruyne, insisting that others should be stepping up in their absence.
While City's injury picture is getting better, they have missed De Bruyne through injury since the start of the season, while John Stones only made his comeback from injury at Arsenal on Sunday. “I’m not going to lie and say that they aren’t important players, of course they are," said Bernardo of Rodri and De Bruyne's absences.

"So, we have to improve, those of us who are playing, and it doesn’t matter if that’s Kevin, Rodri, Ruben [Dias], whoever, we have to be ready to play the best game possible and win matches. So, we have to look at where we can improve and do so.”
Bernardo also hit back at the idea that City's set-up or principals were wrong at Arsenal, insisting that they will be far better off for sticking to what they know under Pep
