With the industry names signing on to a letter growing to reportedly a near 1,000 (and counting) condemning The Zone ff Interest director Jonathan Glazer‘s very controversial Oscar acceptance speech, it looks to be taking on a life of its own since the March 10 Academy Awards, where his universally praised movie won the Best International Film Oscar and was nominated for four others including Best Picture.

Joe Otterson TV Reporter WWE will release a documentary on the late Windham Rotunda, known to fans as Bray Wyatt, on Peacock in April. “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal” will premiere on April 1. Narrated by Mark Callaway, aka The Undertaker, the doc will feature interviews with Rotunda himself and never before seen footage from the WWE archives as well as interviews with WWE superstars like Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Becky Lynch, Triple H, and Windham’s brother Taylor Rotunda.

Malino joins previously announced series lead Austin Stowell in the series, which is titled “NCIS: Origins.” The series was originally ordered at CBS in January with plans to launch during the 2024-2025 broadcast season. Mark Harmon, who played Gibbs for nearly two decades in the mothership series, will serve as the show’s narrator and executive producer.

The untitled single-camera series hails from writer and director Jame Anderson. The series was originally announced as being in development at the streamer back in October 2022. With the greenlight announcement, it is also confirmed that Cleopatra Coleman (“Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire”), Amaka Okafor (“Bodies,” “The Responder”), Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù (“Gangs of London,” “Slow Horses”), and Dagmara Dominczyk (“Succession,” “The Lost Daughter”) will all star in the series alongside Bateman and Law.

Joe Otterson TV Reporter Margaret Qualley has been cast as Amanda Knox in an untitled limited series that has been ordered at Hulu, Variety has learned. Hulu has ordered eight one-hour episodes. The official description states that the show is “based on the true story of how Knox was wrongfully convicted for the murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher and her 16-year odyssey to set herself free.” KJ Steinberg (“This Is Us,” “Mistresses,” “Gossip Girl”) serves as writer and executive producer on the series.

Peacock‘s limited suspense thriller Long Bright River, based on the New York Times bestseller by Liz Moore, has added six in recurring roles: Dash Mihok (Ray Donovan), Britne Oldford (Dead Ringers), Matthew Del Negro (City on a Hill), Harriet Sansom Harris (Hacks), Patch Darragh (Succession), and Perry Mattfeld (In the Dark).
