Alison Hammond shares 'short but sweet' life update amid changes at This Morning

Alison Hammond has offered a little life update as she prepares to return to This Morning ahead of big changes. The presenter has recently ditched the UK and enjoyed a break with one of her pals between stints fronting the ITV daytime show on a Friday.
Taking to Instagram ahead of her return to screens, Alison shared a video featuring a compilation of clips and pictures from her break in Tunisia. Captioning the post, the 49-year-old wrote: "Tunisia. Lovely little getaway with my pal !! @misssjcox short but sweet #matcation @onthebeachholidays @phenicia_hotel_tts."
Alison was seen enjoying the sandy beaches and sea, watching some of the resort's entertainment before getting acquainted with some of the luxury yachts in the area.
