Discussing how he’s doing exactly that in the new BBC series, Wim, who is much-loved with celebrities for his cold water therapy technique, added: “It’s a great window into the world and the world needs it right now. “There’s too much confusion and too much depression, anxiety and darkness.
But we can make it go away when we face our fears.” The star also recently spoke about his choice to start using cold water therapy, as it helped him feel calm and still following his huge loss. He has explained: “I truly realised the benefit of the cold when I was grieving the death of my wife, Olaya, in 1995.” Wim went on to say: “She had depression and had spiralled into darkness.
