Holly Willoughby finally got involved in a freezing challenge in her BBC One show as she and co-host Lee Mack showed the celebrities how it was done. The new hosting duo were back on screens with Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof on Tuesday night (April 26).
Episode three of the six-part series saw the Dutch extreme athlete joined by his daughter, Laura, who spurred on the female contestants as she pushed them to their chilling limits in a barrel of freezing ice water. Meanwhile, her dad Wim backed the boys as they too took an icy barrel bath.
The stars - including ex-EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite, rapper Professor Green, former Manchester United footballer Patrice Evra, Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell, and TV presenter Gabby Logan all continued to push their mind and bodies to the limit in freezing cold temperatures with the help of Wim.

After enjoying a dip in the hot tub and heading back to their stunning - and warm - tepees in their very own mini-village, the famous faces didn't have to wait much longer for their next challenge. Heading out into the Italian Alps, Holly and Lee introduced the celebs to their next challenge, titled Snow Storm.
Lee said: "It's been designed with Wim's blessing of course to build up your tolerance to the cold as you'll be entering what can only be described as a bone-chilling snowstorm," as the comedian and his co-host stood next to industrial wind blowers.
